Orders $75.00 and up ship (to the continental US) for free!
Orders $75.00 and under have a flat shipping rate of $6.95, for standard orders in the continental US.
We offer free in-store pickup! Select 'in-store pickup' at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email letting you know. If you did not receive the email, it means your order is not yet ready.
International Shipping
While we do ship internationally, it is important for our international customers to realize that we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any custom taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Returns
We really want you to enjoy your purchase! If an item does not meet your needs or expectations, follow these 3 easy steps:
1) Repackage the (new and unworn) item with its tags and package materials intact. Include the packing slip, if you misplaced it please write your order number or name, address, phone number in the package.
2) Download and print a Return Label from our Return Portal (here), $8.95 will be deducted from your refund.
3) Drop your package at your local shipping center or post office.
Your return must be shipped back and received within 7 days from the day your order was delivered. Please ship it back within 3-4 days so that we can have it back in the store by 7 days. Returned Orders between 7-10 days will receive store credit only.
Items bought online and picked up in store, will follow the in-store policy rules and only store credit will be issued.
ALL SALE ITEMS (MARK DOWNS OR PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODE, AT ANY PERCENTAGE) MAY NOT BE RETURNED!
Restocking Fee:
Due to the large quantities of some returns, we charge a 5% restocking fee if 5 items or more are returned. This fee will be subtracted from your refund.
Order Cancellation:
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped or picked up, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Returned items must be new, undamaged, in its original condition and packaged with all labels, tags still attached. Packing slips should also be included with all returns.
Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Store Pick-up returns
Items bought online and picked up in store, will follow the in-store policy rules and only store credit will be issued. You have 7 days, from when an email is sent that your order is ready for pick-up, to make a return for exchange or store credit.
Exchanges
Due to the quick changing nature of our inventory, we do not offer exchanges. We highly recommend placing a new order as soon as you realize that you require a different size or color. If you would like to exchange an item, please return your original purchase within 7 days and place a new order online.
Lost or stolen packages
Young Timers Boutique will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If you receive a baby gift, you may exchange or return for store credit within 3 weeks from receipt.
